The central rectangular cushion cut sapphire is approximately 1.77 carats and is surrounded by ten old cut diamonds (est. average diameters 3.42mm) and flanked with diamond set shoulders (approx 3.94 x 3.21mm) mounted in platinum on an 18ct yellow gold shank. Size S 1/2. Gross weight 7.54g.
